I have always be fascinated by aerial landscape photography. It really takes one of the golden rules of photography ‘show the world from a different perspective’ to the extreme. I love the patterns of coast lines, winding rivers, mountain ranges and shifting dunes to the more regular lines where man has farmed or urbanised.
In this abstract project I have attempted to recreate the feel of Aerial Landscape using macro photography. Showing how the patterns in nature like fractals scale down from giant landscapes to…
…well that would be telling. I quite like the mystery of what my models are.
